Following each coaching session, an invoice will be sent to you, payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Cancellation policy for individual sessions:

• Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

Passion Reborn Programme™ – Refund Policy:

The Passion Reborn Programme™ comes with a full 100% refund guarantee. The terms and conditions governing this guarantee, including eligibility criteria and the process for requesting a refund, will be provided to you in full at the time of booking.

By enrolling in the Passion Reborn Programme™, you confirm that you have received, read, and agreed to the programme terms and conditions, including the refund policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the programme terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase, all other online courses and coaching packages are non-refundable once access has been granted.

By accessing puiakiprecious.com, booking a call, or purchasing any service from Puiaki Precious, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Puiaki Precious offers life coaching, writing programmes, online courses, and related personal development services. The primary service referenced in these terms is the Passion Reborn Programme™.

Coaching is a professional personal development relationship. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health condition or crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.

3. The Passion Reborn Programme™

• Duration: 12 sessions over 6 months.

• Payment: Pay in full only. Standard: €2,790. VIP: €3,590.

• Refund guarantee: The programme comes with a full 100% refund guarantee. Full terms, eligibility criteria, and the process for requesting a refund will be provided at the time of enrolment.

• By enrolling you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the programme terms including the refund policy.

• VIP tier includes: 3 months post-programme support, a custom meditation recording, a 3,000-word short story imagining you as a writer, and 2 spiritual deep-dive sessions.

• All clients receive complimentary access to the 8-week Mindfulness Course (€240 value), which they keep regardless of outcome.

4. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from your coaching engagement, and to be eligible for the refund guarantee, you are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Complete agreed exercises, reflections, and assignments between sessions.

• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process.

• Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment and engagement. Tatiana Goded cannot guarantee specific results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on puiakiprecious.com and within Puiaki Precious programmes — including but not limited to the BloomFree™ methodology, Dream Archaeology™, the BloomFree™ Identity Shift Protocol, written materials, videos, workbooks, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Tatiana Goded and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Puiaki Precious content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tatiana Goded and Puiaki Precious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Spanish consumer protection legislation.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Individual sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: fully refundable.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of a session: charged at 50% of the session fee.

• Online courses and coaching packages other than the Passion Reborn Programme™: non-refundable once access is granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union (Spanish law, GDPR, LOPD-GDD, and LSSI-CE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
