• Surveys: we would appreciate if you would send a testimonial at the end of our coaching relationship. This will be done by filling in a survey. The survey wil ask if you are happy for the feedback to be included in this website, and if you would like to have your name included or remain anonymous. The information in the surveys will only be used for statistics and to include the feedback in my website and/or social media. This will only be with your consent given in the survey.

Payments and cancelation policy

Following each session, an invoice will be sent to you, payable withing a few days.

Cancellations happen. However, short notice means I won’t be able to fill in the space for someone else. My cancellation policy is as follows:

Sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the session. Cancellations within 24hrs of the sessions time will be charged 50% of the session fee

All online courses and coaching packages are non-refundable.
